Import Scores and Prep Leagues

  1. Open BLS program
  2. Double tap the league from the list
  3. Tap on the Go to Current Week button along the bottom
  4. In the My Menu section along the right, tap on “Import Scores From Conqueror”
  5. A new view will popup
  6. Along the right is a button that indicates if any issues occurred with matching bowlers to those in the system
    1. If this indicates there are mismatched bowlers, choose it and follow the prompt to link the bowler up
      1. If a new bowler needs to be added, you will need to close out of the import view to go to the Setup > Teams page to add the bowler to a team
      2. Return to the Import view once that is complete
  7. Tap on the Import Scores Once Leagues are Finished button
    1. Notepad may pop up with potential issues
  8. If scores need to be manually entered (e.g. pre or post bowled, incorrect values entered in Conqueror, etc.), tap on “Enter / Correct Scores” in My Menu
    1. Make adjustments as needed
  9. Tap on “Preview & Print Weekly Standing Sheet” in My Menu
    1. Print at least one copy of the standings and put it in the appropriate folder in the league standings display by the register
    2. Some league secretaries want additional copies and should be included with folders
  10. Tap on “Print Recap Sheets” in My Menu
    1. Print all pages
    2. Cut pages in half so each piece of paper corresponds to one pair of lanes
  11. Tap on “Export Rosters to Front Desk” in My Menu
    1. In new popup, follow prompts to send rosters to Conqueror
  12. Tap on “Upload League” in My Menu
    1. Tap on “Upload” button in popup
  13. Tap on “Backup League” in My Menu
  14. Tap on File > Close League and Program
    1. Continue through any prompts to close BLS
